All platters are served with your choice of potato and 2 sides!

Choices of potato:  Loaded baked potato (after 4pm), crispy fries, seasoned wedges or sweet potato fries.

Choices of sides (2):  Mini Slaw, Mini Baked beans, Cornbread, Mini Mac ‘n Cheese,  Mini garden salad, or Grilled Veggies ($1.99 extra)

  • Brisket Platter:  Smoked, juicy brisket served with our home made brisket sauce.
  • Beef Rib Platter:  A  juicy, beef rib served with BBQ rib sauce.
  • Chicken Platter:  Moist smoked chicken Breast served with sweet ‘n tangy BBQ sauce.
  • Smoked Sausage Platter:  2 slightly spicy beef & lamb smoked sausage served with honey mustard sauce.
  • Cooked Smoked Salmon:  Fresh Atlantic Salmon smoked with butter and seasonings, served with rice instead of a potato option and a slice of lemon.
  • St-Louis Pork Ribs:  Half Rack, Half Rack & 4 Wings, Half Rack & Chicken Breast, Full Rack and a Full Rack & Chicken Breast.

  • Cowboy Steak: A huge 20 oz. cowboy steak, AAA angus beef, tender and juicy!  Served with a loaded baked potato, a mini mac & cheese, and a medley of grilled bell peppers, red onion and mushrooms.
  • Ribeye Steak:  A 12 oz. steak, AAA angus beef, tender and juicy!  Served with a loaded baked potato, a mini mac & cheese, and vegetable medley of grilled bell peppers, red onion and mushrooms.

Platters 4 Two

Simply Beef Platter:    Juicy beef brisket, 2 thick and juicy beef ribs, 2 loaded baked potatoes, baked beans, slaw & cornbread.

Chicken Wagon Platter:  2 smoked chicken breasts, 8 smoked wings, 2 loaded baked potatoes, mac ‘n cheese, slaw & cornbread.

Rodeo Platter:  2 smoked sausages,  6 smoked wings, a half rack St-Louis Ribs, 2 loaded baked potatoes, mac ‘n cheese, slaw & cornbread.

Cowboy Steak for 2: A huge 20 oz. cowboy steak, AAA angus beef, tender and juicy!  Served on a platter for 2, with 2 loaded baked potatoes, 2 mini mac & cheese, and vegetable medley of grilled bell peppers, red onion and mushrooms.

 

Other Mains ‘n Such!

Hamburger Steak:   Juicy beef patty smothered in gravy topped with crispy fried onions, served on a platter with poutine on the side.

Veal Parmesan: Crispy but tender veal cutlet, smothered in sauce and topped with melted cheese, served on a bed of baby spinach or spaghetti.

Home Made Chili:  Topped  with grated cheddar and green onions, and served with a side of sour cream and a warmed panini bun.

Southern style mac ‘n cheese: cheesy macaroni, covered in pulled brisket pieces, drizzled with smoked hickory BBQ sauce and topped with french fried onions.

Baked Beans:  Baked Beans slow cooked in maple syrup, and served with home made corn bread.
